Our Services
At take 5, we provide a minimum of 3 hours and up to a maximum of 12 hour services for 1:1 and 2: 1 supports. Our goal is to provide the respite time that suits you and your loved ones. Each take 5 associate is required to obtain a Police Check (Vulnerable Sector Check),
First Aid/CPR, education and experience.
1 : 1 Services
Our 1:1 services offer you a well deserved break or just a chance to get some errands done while your loved one is in good hands!

Take 5 is offering a specialized 2:1 service that is tailored towards individuals with more complex special needs, behavioural and developmental / intellectual abilities.

Senior Respite
Take 5 is happy to offer respite for seniors. Our associates treat your loved ones with warm encouragement, compassion, kindness and above all, respect. Our priority is to ensure your loved one's needs are met and exceeded. We make sure to go above and beyond to accommodate you and your family. Let take 5 give you the break you need and deserve.

Transportation
We understand that life can be hectic at times and it's difficult to be in two places at once. We now offer transportation. If your loved one needs a drive to an appointment, grocery store, church, mall or anywhere they desire, we are happy to accomodate and get them where they need to be safely.
Available upon request and criteria met.
Cancellation Policy
Take 5 requires 8 hours notice before cancelling any services.
If cancelling within 8 hours, Take 5 may charge the total amount of the services cancelled.
